Book Trailers in Modern Publishing

Publishers are faced with a very different view of how to successfully market and sell their books.
They can no longer simply throw money at authors who are already successful and reap the rewards.  Many authors have chosen to forgo the traditional publishing arrangement in favor of self publishing, partial publishing, or only e-book publishing.

In many cases there has been books that sold well solely due to the marketing and not because the book itself was special.
So long as the book is a decent piece of work and the promotion of the book is exceptional, you will see a fair return on the investment in writing, editing, and publicizing the work.  However, the trouble with this new system is you need to spend a ton of your own money to reach prospective readers.

This has resulted in massive changes in the way authors, publishers, and even editors conduct their work.
One major tool of this new system is the use of cinematic quality trailers promoting the book that they are trying to sell.
Reaching a prospective buyer and reader is a very challenging thing to undertake.  With so many options open to so many potential authors it is hard to rise above the flood of new books being released every month.
With the creation of high quality book trailers the author may see a massive rise in the awareness and marketability of their book.
With this in mind we have come to the decision that all of our future publishing endeavors will be paired with at least one book trailer designed specifically for each book to help market and raise awareness for the project.
